I didn't receive my password for the "Guide to Free SAP Study Material" download area

Solution A password for the download area is only available after registration.

Registration is a two step process:
1. Enter name and valid email address at http://www.erp-training.info/general/downloadarea.html and click the "Send password" button
2. Wait for the confirmation email asking you to confirm your email address and follow the instructions.

The reason for this procedure is, is that we want to be sure we have your permission to send you information. We don't want to spam anyone.

If you registered and don't have your password, there can be several reasons:
1. The confirmation email is still on it's way to you. It is sent immediately but in cases of heavy internet traffic there can be delays of an hour or so
2. The confirmation email was caught by a spam filter before it reached you, or landed in your spam folder
3. The email address could have been mis-typed

If this doesn't solve the problem, submit a ticket through this help desk.
