If interactive videos freeze in your browser
Solution
The technology behind interactive videos unfortunately isn't completely standardized.
The same applies to various internet browsers.
The result may be that in rare cases the video doesn't react to your action such as entering data or right-click with a mouse. It looks like the video freezes. Usually you can solve this by clicking the forward control (right triangle) under the video, to go to the next slide in the video.
We've experienced the best results with Internet Explorer, but generally other mainstream browsers should be OK providing you apply the workaround as mentioned.
